AR Murugadoss Reveals Thuppakki 2 | Thalapathy Vijay | Thuppakki 2 Update
At an awards function organized by a leading online portal,
ace director AR Murugadoss bagged a gold medal for being a socially responsible
filmmaker consistently over the course of his career. The director said that we
are living in times when everyone needs to be socially responsible.
Thalapathy Vijay’s fans too flocked the venue and cheered
him on wildly and were hooting ‘Thuppakki 2’ nonstop. The director acknowledged
their demand and said that he would definitely do Thuppakki 2. The crowd roared
wildly and the news went viral instantly on social media due to tweets which
originated from the venue. It must be noted that the director hinted about
doing Thuppakki 2 in one of his recent interviews too. So, will his next film
with Vijay be this sequel?
The director also responded to queries from the event’s host
about his rumoured next film with Superstar Rajinikanth. “It will be a mass
film. I’m not sure if it’ll have politics; we are still in very early stages.
I’ve been a big fan of Rajini sir from my childhood days. This film will be a
dream come true moment for me.”, added Murugadoss. This Rajini - Murugadoss
film will be produced by either Sun Pictures or Lyca Productions.

Kamal Haasan
(born 7th November 1954) is an Indian film actor, dancer, film director,
screenwriter, producer, playback singer, lyricist and politician who works

Awards for Best Actor and nineteen Filmfare Awards. His production company,

won his first National Film Award for his portrayal of a guileless school

and S. Shankar's vigilante film Indian (1996), which saw him playing dual roles
of a father and a son. Since then he has appeared in films including Hey Ram
(2000), Virumaandi (2004), Vishwaroopam (2013) which were his own productions
and Dasavathaaram (2008) in which he played ten roles.

it was announced by a popular university in Chennai that lyricist Vairamuthu
will be conferred an honorary doctorate of literature in the presence of the
central defence minister Rajnath Singh, and this had generated huge outrage on
social media, with Singer Chinmayi opposing it.
Chinmayi had
tweeted questioning how fair it was for a central minister to honor someone accused
by nine women with Me too allegations, and following this, there has been a
huge change of plans in the doctorate awarding for Vairamuthu, as the
University has released a new invite.
This new
invite doesn't feature the names of Rajnath Singh as well as Vairamuthu, and it
has been said that following the tweets posted by Chinmayi, Vairamuthu's
doctorate has been cancelled, and that the central minister has also avoided
attending the event.
