Kavin (born 22
June 1990) is an Indian film and television actor and television presenter.
He began his
career in Star Vijay as a television actor. He appeared in the third part of
the serial Kana Kaanum Kaalangal as Shiva. Later on, he played the role of
Murugan in the serial Saravanan Meenatchi. Further, he was approached to play
the main lead in its sequel Saravanan Meenatchi (season 2). His role as
Vettaiyan aka Saravana Perumal is breakthrough point of his career which made
him popular among audience. He also appeared in the film Indru Netru Naalai in
a cameo appearance as heroine pair. He has hosted the reality show Kings of
Dance (season 2) and Vijay Television Awards on Star Vijay. He appeared in the
movie Sathriyan by S. R. Prabhakaran. and as Shiva in the movie Natpuna Ennanu
Theriyuma opposite [[Remya Nambeesan].

Mahesh is an
Indian film actor who has appeared in Tamil language films. He made his debut
in the 2010 film, Angadi Theru, directed by Vasanthabalan.
Mahesh was
spotted by Vasanthabalan's assistants while playing for his school in a
volleyball match in Tirunelveli and the director's team asked him to audition
for a role in Angadi Theru. Despite rejecting their advances initially, he
eventually agreed to join the team after finishing his board examinations and
after being encouraged by his sports mentor to pursue a career in films. The
film subsequently released in March 2010 to positive reviews, with Mahesh's
performance being well received by critics.
However, since
Angadi Theru, Mahesh has only been seen in low budget films with his immediate
release Konjam Siripu Konjam Kobam (2011) taking a low key box office opening
to poor reviews, while Yaasagan met with a similar fate. In 2015, he appeared
in two further unnoticed films which had delayed releases, Iravum Pagalum Varum
alongside Ananya and Buddhanin Sirippu, co-starring Mithra Kurian and
Samuthirakani

96 which
released last year became a blockbuster hit. The movie brought a nostalgia feel
for so many of us. Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha played the leads in the film.
The film had some wonderful music including songs by the Ilayaraja – S Janaki
combination. The film chronicled the life of two lovers from their school days
to their adulthood. The highlight of the film is unlike other love films the
lovers purely live on memories and it gave a different feel to the audience.
One of the important connecting points in the film is the Yamunai Aatrilae song
from Thalapathy movie.
In a recent
interview Ilayaraja was asked about the usage of his songs in 96. For that
Ilayaraja had said that instead of using his songs the makers of a film can
create fresh songs even if the time period in the film belongs to the 90’s.
This he felt is the right thing to do. He also cited the example of an Hindi
film which used new songs even though the film belongs to the earlier period.
This interview has sparked much controversy on the internet. All of us have our
own perceptions but tamil cinema will always be indebted to Ilayaraja.

Monica (born Rekha Maruthiraj)[1] is a
former Indian film actress, who starred predominantly in Tamil language films.
A child actor in the early 1990s, she mostly appeared in supporting roles,

In her short film career which spanned
for six years, Navneet Kaur majorly starred in Telugu movies as a heroine,
special dancer and supporting actress. Besides Tollywood, she featured in a
couple of Punjabi and Tamil flicks including one each in Hindi, Malayalam and
Kannada. Highly popular for her alluring glamour and arresting screen-presence,
Navneet left films in 2011 and married Ravi Rana, an independent MLA from the Badnera
constituency in Amravati city.
Contesting the Lok Sabha Election for
the second time, the 34-year-old actress and Independent candidate trounced
Shiv Sena leader and two-time sitting MP Anandrao Adsul by a little over 36,000
votes.
In 2014, Navneet Rana contested the
election on an NCP ticket and lost to the same Adsul by 1.37 lakh votes.
However, she changed her strategy this time around and contested as a Yuva
Swabhimani Paksha (YSP) candidate, a political outfit formed by her husband
Ravi Rana. Her extensive campaigning and connect with the rural voters has
helped the talented lady to secure an edge over Shiv Sena's 71-year-old
warhorse.
Ms Rana is also the only candidate
from among the alliance partners of the Congress and Nationalist Congress Party
(NCP) who managed to emerge victorious in the 2019 Lok Sabha election.

It was an emotional moment as actor
Ajay Devgn’s father, action director Veeru Devgan’s funeral in Mumbai. An ocean
of big names from Bollywood landed at the actor’s residence and among them were
actors Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan. It appears an emotional
Kajol broke down crying and Aishwarya hugged her.
In a clip, as Abhishek stands by his
wife Aishwarya’s side, Kajol is inconsolable. At one point, Aishwarya hugs her
and Kajol cries in her arms. Abhishek pats Kajol as Aishwarya holds her tight
in her arms.
Among others who showed up Ajay’s
residence to pay their last respects were Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan,
Sunny Deol with brother Bobby, Anil Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor who came with his dad,
producer Boney Kapoor, veteran actor Raza Murad, Suniel Shetty and Tusshar
Kapoor among many more.
Veeru was suffering from breathing
problems for which he was immediately admitted to Surya Hospital in Santa Cruz.
However, his condition turned critical and he suffered a cardiac arrest.
Devgan has choreographed action scenes
in more than 80 films abd directed Hindustan Ki Kasam, where his son Ajay
played the lead alongside Amitabh Bachchan. He was also the producer of the
film. He has also acted in a couple of films such as Sar Utha Ke Jiyo, Kranti,
Mr. Natwarlal and Muqabla to name a few.
