Tollywood actress Naar Rohit has denied that he had been in
love with his co-star and Tamil and Telugu actress Regina Cassandra.
The picture-perfect 28-year old actress, who has had quite a
few films of her releasing in Tamil and Telugu so far (including Balakrishnudu
opposite Nara Rohit which is releasing in theatres today), is one of the
busiest actresses around who are busy both in Kollywood and Tollywood.
Tollywood press was abuzz with rumours that Regina and Rohit
had been in love for many months now. Nara and Regina have starred together in
three films including last year’s Jyo Achyutananda and Shankara besides
Balakrishnudu. Three films together in 18 months set rumour mills afloat as the
news about Regina and Nara’s affair spread fast.
Though Regina has neither denied nor confirmed the affair,
Nara Rohit has now come out in the open to talk about it. “I too came across
such rumours which might have been sparked by the fact that we had starred
together in a few movies in quick succession. We do meet quite often but only
for work. We share nothing but an excellent professional relationship,” Rohit
asserted.
