In an interview to The Scroll, National Award-winning
director Thiagarajan Kumararaja has revealed that actress Ramya Krishnan will
be seen as a porn star in ‘Super Deluxe’.
Ramya plays a porn actress in a film within Super Deluxe titled ‘Mallu
Uncut’. The film’s director approached Nadhiya for the particular role but later
Ramya Krishnan came on board.
Touted to be a film set against the backdrop of Tsunami
(2004), Super Deluxe also has Vijay Sethupathi, Samantha, Fahadh Faasil and
Mysskin. The run time of the film is said to be three hours and it’s jointly
written by Kumararaja along with Mysskin, Nalan, and Neelan K Shekar.
Yuvan Shankar Raja is composing the music for Super Deluxe
and two cinematographers —PS Vinod and Nirav Shah are in charge for the
visuals.
