Popular television actress Priyanka committed suicide in Chennai. The actress who has done many serials including 'Vamsam' and few movies was found dead by her maid this morning at her Valasaravakkam residence.
Priyanka's death follows a long list of Tamil serial actors and actresses who have taken their own lives. Psychologists are of the opinion that stress and depression are the main reasons coupled with the highly competitive nature of television field.
