No one can forget the Stylish boy character 'Raghu' (Jai) of 'Chennai 28' who acted as a main pillar for the victory of the team Chennai 28 and also for the love success of Karthik and Selvi. The young and modern Raghu is now grown up, Married and he is all set to reunite with his team for the second innings on 9th December. Actor Jai, the professional car racer, who has imprinted himself strongly in the commercial arena shares his experience about the game of 'Sharks'. 

"Still I remember the days of playing cricket in Alphonsa Ground. 10 years has passed just like that, but still our bond remains the same....When our Captain Venkat Prabhu told about the reunion, I was the first person to go crazy.... Audience can expect the same Raghu in second innings too, but as a family man.... 

Chennai 28 has given me a identity as an actor....Only after playing the game with sharks team, I came to  limelight....I am feeling fresh and happy to rejoin with my team, especially with my close buddy Seenu (Premgi), the greatest fielder of our Sharks...." says and signs off Jai aka Raghu with a smile.

நட்பையும், கிரிக்கெட் விளையாட்டையும் ரசிகர்களுக்கு மிக அற்புதமாக எடுத்து சொன்ன திரைப்படம், வெங்கட் பிரபுவின் 'சென்னை 28'. அதிலும் ஜெய் நடித்த ரகு கதாபாத்திரம், அந்த அணி வெற்றி கோப்பையை கைப்பற்றுவதற்கு மட்டுமின்றி,  கார்த்திக் - செல்வி ஜோடியின் காதலை ஒன்று சேர்ப்பதிலும் மிக முக்கிய பங்கு ஆற்றியது. 'டி ஷர்ட்' - 'ஜீன்ஸ்' என்று சென்னை இளைஞர்களுக்கே உரிய பாணியில் தோற்றம் அளித்த ஜெய் தற்போது சென்னை 28 - II   பாகத்திலும் தன்னுடைய பங்கை சிறப்பாக ஆற்ற தயாராக இருக்கிறார்.....ஆனால் இம்முறை திருமணம் முடித்த குடும்பஸ்தனாக.....கார் பந்தயத்தின் மீது அதீத பிரியம் கொண்டு, அதில் பல வெற்றிகளையும் குவித்து வரும் ஜெய்யின் இரண்டாம் ஆட்டம் வருகின்ற டிசம்பர் 9 ஆம் தேதி முதல் தொடங்க இருக்கின்றது....

"10 வருடத்திற்கு முன் சென்னை - அல்போன்சா மைதானத்தில் நானும், என்னுடைய 'ஷார்க்ஸ்' அணியினரும் விளையாடிய ஆட்டம், இன்னும் என் நினைவில் ஆழமாக பதிந்து இருக்கிறது... காலங்கள் கடந்து ஓடினாலும், எங்களின் நட்புறவு  மேலும் மேலும் வலு பெற்று கொண்டு தான் இருக்கிறது...எங்கள் அணியின் கேப்டன் சென்னை 28 - II பாகத்தை பற்றி பேசும் போது, பெருமளவில் உற்சாகம் அடைந்தவன் நான் தான்.....பாகம் ஒன்றில் பார்த்த அதே ரகுவை இந்த இரண்டாம் ஆட்டத்திலும் ரசிகர்கள் காண்பார்கள்....என்ன அப்போ 'பேச்சுலர்'....இப்போ குடும்பஸ்தன்....

திரையுலகில் நான் வளர்ந்து வந்ததிற்கு முழு காரணம் சென்னை 28 என்பதை நான் பெருமையாக சொல்லுவேன்...தற்போது ஏறக்குறைய 10 ஆண்டுகள் கழித்து எங்கள் ஷார்க்ஸ் அணிக்காக விளையாட இருப்பது மிகவும் மகிழ்ச்சியாக இருக்கின்றது....அதிலும் என்னுடைய நண்பனும், ஷார்க்ஸ் அணியின் சிறந்த பீல்டருமான பிரேம்ஜியோடு மீண்டும் விளையாடுவது, எனக்கு புதிய உற்சாகத்தை அளிக்கிறது...." என்று தனக்குரிய குறும்புத்தனமான பாணியில் கூறுகிறார் ஜெய் என்கின்ற ரகு.......⁠⁠⁠⁠
