Monika is an Indian actress, who is working in Tamil film and television industry. She was born on 27th May in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Monika made her acting debut in the Tamil film "Thiruvilaiyaadal Aarambam" along with Dhanush, directed by Boopathy Pandian and produced by Dr.K.Vimalageetha. She also acted with well known actors like Sravan Rajesh, Venkat Renganathan, Mithun, Vijay anand and Raj Kumar Manoharan. She has appeared in some well known serials such as Apoorva Raagangal, Deivam Thandha Veedu and Valli. She worked with some of the top names of that time like Monika in "Thiruvilaiyaadal Aarambam" along with Shriya Saran, Prakash Raj and Karunaas. Monika currently doing the negative role in Valli serial along with Guhan Shanmugam in Sun TV.
