Ashwanth Ashok kumar, better known as Junior Super Star Ashwanth, is a Tamil television child artist and performer. He got shot to fame after winning Zee Tamil’s Junior Super Star Season 1 title, a Tamil reality show for little talents. He won the title back in December 2016. The reality show had Keerthi Lishee as host and K Bhagyaraj, Kushboo and Archana as judges.
Little talent Ashwanth had impressed everyone with his cute and charming performance and his trademark dialogues were quite popular out there. He wants others to call him Chella Kutty Ashwanth as he feels quite comfortable. Born on September 5, 2011 in Karaikal district of southern state of Tamil Nadu, India, Ashwanth is currently pursuing UKG in a popular school in Chennai.He is the only son to Ashok Kumar and Akila. Although he was just 5 years old, he was robust and active and apparently mischievous by nature. His parents say that he will stay in one place. It’s quite interesting that he has been too busy engaging himself with studies and acting at right proportion. His parents pull off offers that he get as he was too young to get involved in all things.
Currently, he is pursuing a lead character in a Tamil romantic soap opera Mella Thirandhathu Kadhavu that airs on Zee Tamil. Literally, he has been a brand star for the television channel. He has been engaged in some advertisements as well apart from mainstream serials. He also got participated in Tamil reality show Junior Senior, which also aired on Zee Tamil.
Zee Tamil has awarded him the People’s most favorite actor award in 2016 for his terrific performance in Junior Super Star. He is quite brilliant in reciting punch dialogues of popular stars. A couple of days is just enough for him to declaim a 15-page dialogues, his parents say. However, they won’t compromise his studies despite of busy schedules. Ashwanth, an icon of Zee Tamil.
