Vivegam is a 2017 Indian Tamil-language action thriller film co-written and directed by Siva. The movie features Ajith Kumar as primary lead, with Vivek Oberoi, Kajal Aggarwal and Akshara Haasan playing the supporting roles. The film's background score and soundtrack were composed by Anirudh Ravichander, whose soundtrack album released on 7 August 2017. Cinematography was performed by Vetri and editing by Anthony L. Ruben.
Thupparivaalan is 2017 Indian Tamil-language detective action thriller film written and directed by Mysskin. The film is produced by Vishal, who also stars in the lead role. The film features also features Prasanna, Vinay, Anu Emmanuel and Andrea Jeremiah amongst other actors. The project was launched in March 2016, and was released on 14 September 2017 to positive reviews. The movie was inspired by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's works; he has been given the credits in the opening.
