After battling
a prolonged illness, Telugu actress Surekha Vani’s husband, Suresh Teja, passed
away yesterday morning. The actress had reduced her workload last year but
never spoke about her husband's illness. Suresh was a very popular TV director
and has made many popular shows and he directed TV shows like Maa Talkies,
Heartbeat, Moguds Pellams to name a few.
The pair met
years ago when she was just starting her career as an anchor, in fact, it was
Teja who gave her an opportunity to host a few TV shows like Moguds Pellams and Heartbeat. They started
off as friends and eventually, they got hitched and had a baby girl.
The director
was a very private person and kept busy with his work and family. The news of
Suresh Teja's departure came as a massive shock as he suffered a massive stroke
that led to his untimely death. His final rites will take place in Hyderabad
and in this heart-breaking time we hope that his bereaved family have the
strength to overcome the terrible loss.
