Gayathri Krishna made her acting debut
in Tamil with the National award-winning film Joker, directed by Guru
Somasundaram. Gayathri played the role of Isai in Joker. Though the film went
onto become a hit, the actress went unnoticed in K-Town.
Now, the Kerala-born actress is now
all set to tie the knot with her college sweetheart named Jeevan Raj.
Jeevan, who is a cinematographer, was
in love with Gayathri for a long-time. Now, the couple is all set to enter the
wedlock on May 19 in Guruvayur. The wedding will be followed by a reception
ceremony that will take place on May 22 in Trivandrum.
Gayathri was last seen in the film
Merku Thodarchi Malai, directed by Lenin Bharathi. The film is a moving tale of
daily laborer. Gayathri played the wife of the protagonist.
