actress Archana Kavi has a narrow escape while she was on her way to airport in
a car. A slab of concrete fell on the car she was travelling in. Fortunately,
no one incurred any injury due to the accident.

took pictures of the damaged car to Twitter and asked the Metro authorities and
Kochi police to take actions and compensate the driver for the damage done to
the car.
She wrote,
"We had a narrow (providential) escape. A concrete slab fell on our moving
car while we were on the way to the airport. I would request @kochimetro and
@KochiPolice to look into the matter and compensate the driver. Also see to it
that such things don't happen in future."
The Metro
authorities have said that they are looking into the matter and they have
contacted the driver of the car. The incident has raised debates about the safety
of metor bridges in Kochi.
Kochi police
are conducting an investigation to find the cause of the accident.
Archana Kavi
