Popular serial actress, Raghavi's husband was found hanging dead under a tree near the Jolarpet railway station in Tamil Nadu. The police are yet to ascertain whether the man, identified as Sasikumar, committed suicide or if he was murdered.

 Sasikumar reportedly worked as a cinematographer in TV serials and recently got into trouble owing to his debt. It has also been reported that a colleague of Sasikumar, identified as Mahesh, had spread a rumour on WhatsApp groups that Sasikumar had stolen a camera from the sets. It is being speculated that Sasikumar decided to take the extreme step after being heartbroken over the issue, although the police haven't confirmed whether it is a case of suicide or murder.

As soon as the police came across Sasikumar's body, they called and informed Raghavi, who verified his identity. Raghavi is a famous TV actress who has also worked in films, with Rajinikanth in Raja Chinna Roja, and with Vijay in Once More.
