Tharshan Thiyagarajah is an Indian
actor from Sri Lanka. He has acted in South Indian films. Tharshan is a
participant of the popular reality TV show Bigg Boss Tamil (Season 3), which is
hosted by Kamal Haasan.
Tharshan Thiyagarajah was born on 17
September 1990 (age 28 years; as in 2018) in Jaffna, Sri Lanka. His zodiac sign
is Virgo. He did his schooling from a local school in Jaffna, Sri Lanka. He
pursued B.Tech in software engineering from the Asia Pacific Institute of
Information Technology (APIIT), Colombo, Sri Lanka. Tharshan wanted to be a
model since he was in college. He used to take up modelling assignments for
popular clothing brands in Sri Lanka.
After he completed his college
education, he got a job in an IT firm named “Virtusa” in the United States.
After working for 5 years in the firm, he was promoted and transferred to
Australia, but, Tharshan declined the offer and quit the firm. He wanted to
follow his passion, and pursue a career in modelling and acting.
