Baahubali 2, which released on friday is unarguably the biggest film of this year. 

Baahubali: The Conclusion is released in over 6,500 screens across India in languages like Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and Malayalam. Just like the magnum opus of India has collected Rs 100 crores on its first day of release in box office. Going by the booking status in online ticket booking websites, most of the tickets have been sold for the first weekend across South India.

It was a glorious scene outside the theatres as people hav turned up in thousands in the early morning to find out the reason 'Why Kattapaa killed Baahubai?'. Multiple leave letters were submitted in IT companies to get the glimpse .of Baahubali 2 on its first day

The movie has also topped in USA, Malaysia, Dubai box offices, this is the first time that a Indian movie takes over top position in USA's Box office. Considering the unprecedented craze for the film, Baahubali 2 is very likely to become the highest grossing Indian film.

இந்தியாவில் 6500க்கும் மேற்பட்ட தியேட்டர்களில் ரிலீஸான பாகுபலி 2 நேற்று மட்டும் ரூ.100 கோடிக்கும் அதிகமாக வசூல்  செய்துள்ளது. இதன் மூலம் இந்தியாவில் முதல் நாள் வசூலில் புதிய  இமாலய சாதனை படைத்துள்ளது பாகுபலி 2. மிகப்பெரும் பட்ஜெட்டில் பிரமாண்டமாய் தயாராகிய பாகுபலி 2 படத்தின் புக்கிங் முன்பதிவு தொடங்கிய சில நிமிடங்களிலேயே அனைத்து டிக்கெட்டுகளை காலியாகிவிட்டன. வெள்ளிக்கிழமை அதிகாலை முதலே சிறப்பு காட்சிகள் ஏற்பாடு செய்யப் பட்டிருந்தன. 

காலை முதலே தியேட்டர்களில் மக்கள் கூட்டம் கடலாக திரண்டிருந்தது. இரண்டு ஆண்டுக்கல்லுக்கு மேலாக தங்களின் மனதில் இருந்த 'கட்டப்பா ஏன் பாகுபலியைக் கொன்றார்?' என்ற கேள்விக்கு பதிலை கண்டறியும் அனைவரது கண்களிலும் இருந்தது. பல ஐடி நிறுவங்களின் ஊழியர்கள் இன்று லீவ் லெட்டர்கள் கொடுத்துவிட்டு பாகுபலியை பார்க்க வந்தது தான் ஹைலைட்டே. 

தமிழ், தெலுங்கு, மலையாளம், இந்தி ஆகிய மொழிகளில் வெளியான பாகுபலி இந்தியாவில் மட்டுமல்லாமல் அமெரிக்கா, மலேசியா, துபாய் போன்ற நாடுகளிலும் முதல் நாள் வசூலில் முதல் இடத்தை பிடித்துள்ளது. அமெரிக்க பாக்ஸ் ஆபிசில் இந்திய படம் முதல் இடத்தைப் பெறுவது இதுவே முதல் முறையாகும். தென்னிந்தியா முழுவதுமே, மே மாதம் முதல் வாரம் வரை படத்தின் பெரும்பாலான டிக்கெட்டுகள் விற்றுத் தீர்ந்துள்ளன.  ஆகையால், பாகுபலி 2 படம் எளிதில் 1000 கோடி ரூபாய் வசூல் செய்துவிடும் என்று வணிக நிபுணர்கள் நம்பிக்கைத் தெரிவித்துள்ளனர்.
