Karthi debuts as singer in his sister-in-law Jyothika's movie

After her comeback in 36 Vayathinile, actress Jyothika is currently finished shotting 'Magalir Mattum'. Actor Surya has produced the film under his production house 2D entertainment. Young and talented Music composer Ghibraan has composed 7 songs for this movie which is based on womenhood. The tracklist surprised us as actor Karthi, the brother-in-law of Jyothika has crooned a song 'Gubu gubu gubu'.This is first time that actor Karthi is trying his hand in singing. The audio is getting launched today.

Magalir Mattum has Jyothika playing a very powerful role of a documentary filmmaker, who takes up a cause and fights for it. The film also has three other powerful women characters —Urvasi, Bhanupriya and Saranya Ponvannan — in the supporting cast. Director Bramma of Kutram Kadidhal is directing 'Magalir mattum' as his second movie.

அண்ணி ஜோதிகா படத்தில், பாடகராக அறிமுகம் ஆகும் நடிகர் கார்த்தி 

திருமணத்திற்குப்பின் 36 வயதினிலே படத்தின் மூலம் சினிமாவில் திரும்ப நடிக்கத் தொடங்கினார் நடிகை ஜோதிகா. இப்போது 'மகளிர் மட்டும்' படத்தில் நடித்து முடித்திருக்கிறார். இந்த படத்தை தயாரிப்பவர் வேறு யாரும் அல்ல, நடிகர் சூர்யாவே தான். இந்த படத்தின் பாடல்களை இசையமைப்பாளர் ஜிப்ரான் இசை அமைத்துள்ளார். படத்தின் பாடல்கள் இன்று வெளியாக உள்ளன, இந்த படத்தில் முதன் முறையாக பாடகராக களம் இறங்கி இருக்கிறார் நடிகர் கார்த்தி. குபு குபு குபு என தொடங்கம் அந்த பாடலை தன்னுடைய அண்ணன் சூர்யா மற்றும் அண்ணி ஜோதிகாவின் விருப்பத்தின் பேரில் இந்த பாடலை பாடி அசத்தி இருக்கிறார் கார்த்தி. இந்த பாடலை தவிர்த்து மேலும் ஆறு பாடல்கள் பட ஆல்பத்தில் உள்ளது. 

படத்தில் நடிகைகள்  ஊர்வசி, பானுப்ரியா, சரண்யா உள்ளிட்டோரும் நடிக்கின்றனர். படத்தின் பெரும்பாலான காட்சிகள் சென்னையிலும், மற்ற காட்சிகள் உத்திரப் பிரதேசம், ஜார்கண்ட், கேரளா உள்ளிட்ட இடங்களிலும் படமாக்கப் பட்டுள்ளன. மாயாவி படத்திற்கு பின்னர் இந்த படத்தில் தன்னுடைய சொந்த குரலில் டப்பிங் பேசி உள்ளார் ஜோதிகா. குற்றம் கடிதல் படம் மூலமாக தமிழ் சினிமாவின் நம்பிக்கை தரும் இயக்குனராக அறிமுகம் ஆன இயக்குனர் பிரம்மா 'மகளிர் மட்டும்' திரைப்படத்தை இயக்கி உள்ளார் .
