Actor Kamal to host Big Boss Tamil

The latest buzz in Kollywood is that Vijay TV channel has approached ‘Ulaganayagan’ Kamal Haasan to host the Tamil version of Bigg Boss, and the actor has shown his interest to do the show.

“Vijay TV is ready to pay a huge sum to Kamal Haasan. They have already initiated the talks,” said a source close to the development. Bigg Boss is one of the most popular reality TV series in North India and actors like Arshad Warsi, Amitabh Bachchan and Sanjay Dutt have hosted the show in the past with Salman Khan having hosted most of the seasons.

Bigg Boss is a reality show based on the original UK Big Brother format developed by John de Mol. A number of contestants (known as "housemates") live in a purpose-built house and are isolated from the rest of the world. Each week, housemates nominate two of their peers for eviction, and the housemates who receives the most nominations would face a public vote. The makers of the Tamil show are retaining the same house which used in Big Boss which is located in Mumbai. Many celebrities have shown interest to be part of the show including a famous political leader.

கமல் நடத்தப்போகும் புது நிகழ்ச்சி ஆனது இந்தியில் பெரும் வரவேற்பையும், பரபரப்பையும் கிளப்பிய பிக் பாஸின் தமிழ் பாதிப்பைத் தான். இந்நிகழ்ச்சி பிக் பிரதர் என்ற இங்கிலாந்து நிகழ்ச்சியின் தழுவலாகும். பிரபலமானவர்கள் ஒரே வீட்டில் 100 நாட்களுக்கும் மேலாக தங்கி இருந்து அங்கு தரப்படும் போட்டிகளை சமாளித்து, பார்வையாளர்களின் வாக்குகளின் அடிப்படையில் வெற்றியாளராக அறிவிக்கப்ப படுவார்.  இந்தி நடிகை ஷில்பா ஷெட்டி இந்த நிகழ்ச்சியில் பங்கேற்று உலக பிரபலம் அடைந்தார். பின்னர், அதே நிகழ்ச்சியை இந்தியில், பிக் பாஸ் என்ற பெயரில் தொகுத்து வழங்கினார். பின்னர் பிக் பாஸின் அடுத்தடுத்த சீசன்களை அமிதாப் பச்சன், சல்மான் கான் உள்ளிட்டோர் தொகுத்து வழங்கி உள்ளனர். 

தமிழ் பிக் பாஸின் ஆயத்தப்பணிகள் இப்போது தொடங்கி உள்ளன. இந்தி பதில் உபயோகப் படுத்தப்பட்ட  மும்பையில் இருக்கிற அதே பிரமாண்ட வீட்டை தமிழ் நிகழ்ச்சிக்கு ஏற்றவாறு மாற்றி அமைத்து வருகின்றனர். இந்த நிகழ்ச்சி ஜூன் மாதம் இறுதியில் தொடங்க உள்ளது. இந்த நிகழ்ச்சியின் பங்கேற்பாளர்களாக இருக்க பிரபலங்கள் பலரும் ஆர்வமுடன் இருக்கின்றனர். பிரபல அரசியல் தலைவரும் இந்த நிகழ்ச்சி மூலம், பிரபலமடைய முடிவு செய்துள்ளாராம். இந்த நிகழ்ச்சியில் வெற்றி பெறுபவருக்கு 50 லட்சம் ரூபாய் பரிசுத் தொகையாக வழங்கப்பட உள்ளது.
