Actor Ashwin and actress Swathi Reddy are acting together again in upcoming movie Thiri. earlier the duo were seen together in the movie 'Idharku thaane aasaipattai Balakumaaraa', which garned positive reviews. Fans in social media felt that the duo is cute from the time of IDABK movie.

Thiri a film on Father-Son relationship is getting ready. Produced by A.K.Bala Murugan and R.P. Balagopi under the banner 'Seashore Gold Productions', the film is directed by debutante Ashok Amirtharaj. Thiri has Jayaprakash as Ashwin's father, Anupama Kumar as his mother, A.L.Azhagappan plays villain and the cast includes Karunakaran, Sendrayan, and Daniel in the crucial roles. SS Thaman has composed a single track while Ajeesh is being introduced as music director.

மீண்டும் ஜோடி சேர்ந்த அஷ்வ்னி மற்றும் ஸ்வாதி 

தமிழ் சினிமாவில் வளர்ந்து வரும் ஹீரோ அஷ்வின், தற்போது திரி என்னும் திரைப்படத்தில் நடித்து வருகிறார். இந்த படத்தில் இவருக்கு மீண்டும் ஜோடி ஆகி இருக்கிறார்  நடிகை ஸ்வாதி ரெட்டி. இதற்கு முன்னர் அஷ்வினும் ஸ்வாதியும் ஒன்றாக இணைந்து இதற்குத் தானே ஆசை பட்டாய் பாலகுமாரா படத்தில் ஜோடியாக நடித்திருந்தனர். 

இவர்கள் முதலில் ஒன்றாக இணைந்து நடித்த படத்திலேயே இவர்களை ஜோடி நன்றாக இருப்பதாக ரசிகர்களிடம் பேச்சு நிலவியது. இதன் மூலம் இவர்கள் புதியதாய் நடிக்கும் திரி படமும் நல்ல வெற்றியைப் பெரும் என்று நம்புவோம். அறிமுக இயக்குனர் அசோக் அமிர்தராஜ் திரி படத்தை இயக்குகிறார். அப்பா மகன் இடையே இருக்கும் உறவைப் பற்றிய இந்த படத்தில் அப்பா கதாப்பாத்திரத்தில் நடிக்க இருக்கிறார் நடிகர் ஜெயப்பிரகாஷ், அவருக்கு ஜோடியாக நடிக்கிறார் நடிகை அனுபமா. இந்த படத்தின் காமெடியை கையாள இருக்கிறார் நடிகர் கருணாகரன். இசை அமைப்பாளர் தமன், ஏற்கெனெவே அஜீஸ் பாடிய ஒரு பாடலை தயார் செய்துள்ளார். ஆக்சிஜன் சினிமாஸ் மூலம் படத்தை தயாரிக்கிறார் ஆண்டன் ரஞ்சித்
