Kathiresan and Meenatchi who is from Madurai has filed a case in highcourt mentioning that actor Dhanush is there elder son. Actor Dhanush have to take care of them by giving 65 k per month for their expense. In this scenario, dhanush has asked to cancel this case. However, melur couple has filed a response to a petition. They have mentioned that they have sufficient proof to prove that actor dhanush is there son. When the petition was already on live, melur couple has submitted proof including school transfer certificate. Judge has ordered to check whether the moles are there as per the school TC for dhanush. Court has ordered Dhanush lawyer to file a report. This case was brought into notice on Friday, judge was g. Sokkalingam. Dhanush lawyer has mentioned that all the body markings submitted was incorrect. Dhanush does not have any mole as mentioned and this case is completely based on snatching money from Dhanush.
For this the melur couple has filed a return petition, stating that there are chances of changing the body marks. Based on this case, actor Dhanush appeared in highcourtMadurai division and requested to postpone the case.
