Director Caarthick Raju who had a memorable outing in  Thirudan police with Dinesh in the lead is reportedly all set to recreate the success magic with " Ulkuthu" where they join together again.The film entirely shot in the picturesque locations in and around Nagerkoil has been creating huge buzz in the trade circles.Dinesh is paired opposite Nandhitha, and it is to be noted that this is the second film after the sensational hit Attakathi" featuring the same pair.  

"This is my first film as a prime producer.I have co produced "Oru Naal Koothu" associating my self with my best friend SelvaKumar of kenanya films.The experience of producing a  film is thrilling and the experience of producing a strong content oriented film is scintillating.As a producer iam delighted with the out come of the film. "ஒரு முதன்மை தயாரிப்பாளராக நான் தயாரிக்கும் முதல் படம் - உள்குத்து. இதற்கு முன் என்னுடைய நண்பர் 'கெனன்யா பிலிம்ஸ்' ஜெ செல்வகுமாரோடு இணைந்து நான் 'ஒரு நாள் கூத்து'  படத்தை இணை தயாரிப்பு செய்தேன்.  ஒரு படத்தை தயாரிப்பது சவாலான காரியம் என்றால், தரமான கதையம்சம் கொண்ட படத்தை தயாரிப்பது உணர்வுபூர்வமான காரியம். அப்படி ஒரு தரமான படமாக எங்களின் உள்குத்து உருவாகி இருப்பதில் எனக்கு பெரும் மகிழ்ச்சியாக இருக்கின்றது. நிச்சயமாக உள்குத்து படத்திற்கு பிறகு தினேஷ் அதிரடி கதாநாயகர்களின் பட்டியலில் இடம் பெறுவார். மே 12 ஆம் தேதி வெளியாகும் எங்களின் உள்குத்து படத்தை நல்லதொரு வெற்றி படமாக்க தேவையான அனைத்து முயற்சிகளையும் நாங்கள் எடுத்து வருகின்றோம். மேலும் உள்குத்து படத்தை வெளியிடும் அபினேஷ் இளங்கோவன், படத்தை சரியான விதத்தில் ரசிகர்களிடத்தில் கொண்டு போய் சேர்க்க பிரம்மாண்ட விளம்பர யுக்திகளை கையாள இருக்கிறார். அவரோடு இணைந்து பணியாற்றுவது எனக்கு பெருமையாக இருக்கின்றது" என்று உற்சாகமாக கூறுகிறார் தயாரிப்பாளரும்,  பி கே பிலிம் பேக்டரி நிறுவனத்தின் நிறுவனருமான ஜி விட்டல் குமார்.
