Super Star joins Dhanush's shooting 

Dhanush has successfully wrapped up the shoot of Velai Ila Pattadhari 2 with the blessings of his father-in-law Superstar Rajinikanth. He was also present during the first day of the shoot. 

Dhanush tweeted  “Wrapped shoot for vip2 today with our own thalaivar's blessings. Thank you @soundaryaarajni and @theVcreations sir for everything”. Directed by Soundarya Rajinikanth, Sean Roldan who is Dhanush's replacement for Anirudh is composing the music for the film, which has Bollywood actress Kajol playing a pivotal role. Velai Illa Pattadhari also has an ensemble of actors including Amala Paul, Vivek, Hrishikesh and Samuthirakani essaying important characters.

தனுஷ் பட ஷூட்டிங்கில் கலந்துகொண்ட ரஜினி 

நடிகர் தனுஷின் சூப்பர் ஹிட் படமான வேலை இல்லா பட்டதாரியின் இரண்டாம்பாகம் தற்போது தயாராகி வருகிறது. விஐபி-2 என அழைக்கப்படும் இந்த படத்தை இயக்குகிறார் சௌந்தர்யா ரஜினிகாந்த்.படத்தின் ஷூட்டிங் சில மாதங்களுக்கு முன்னர் தொடங்கி படுவேகமாக நடந்து வந்தது. இந்நிலையில் சூப்பர் ஸ்டார் ரஜினி  வேலை இல்லா பட்டதாரி-2 பட ஷூட்டிங்கில் கலந்து கொண்டார். 

படத்தின் ஷூட்டிங் கடந்த சனிக்கிழமை அன்று நிறைவு பெற்றது, ஷூட்டிங்கின் கடைசி நாளில் நேராக செட்டுக்கே வந்து தன் மகள் சௌந்தர்யா மற்றும் மருமகன் தனுஷிற்கு தன்னுடைய வாழ்த்துக்களைத் தெரிவித்துள்ளார். இதற்கு முன், வேலை இல்லா பட்டதாரி-2 பட  பூஜையிலும் கலந்து கொண்டு சிறப்பித்திருந்தார் சூப்பர் ஸ்டார். 

வேலை இல்லா பட்டதாரி-2 படத்தில்  நடிகர் தனுஷுடன் அமலா பால், விவேக்,    சமுத்திரக்கனி, ரிஷிகேஷ் உள்ளிட்டோர் நடிக்கின்றனர். பிரபல இந்தி நடிகையான கஜோல் வெயிட்டான வில்லி கதாப்பாத்திரத்தில் நடிக்கிறார். கிட்டத் தட்ட 20 ஆண்டுகளுக்குப் பின் தமிழில் கஜோல் நடித்திருக்கிறார் என்பது குறிப்பிடத் தக்கது. இசையமைப்பாளர் அனிருத்துக்கு பதிலாக ஷான் ரோல்டன் இசையமைப்பாளராய் ஒப்பந்தம் செய்யப் பட்டிருக்கிறார்.
