Few films create expectations in Announcement itself. One such is  the untitled film of ace director Priyadarshan starring Udhayanidhi Stalin and produced by Santhosh T Kuruvilla for Moonshot Entertainment. The latest news about this film is that legendary Director Mahendran, who played villian in the block buster 'Theri' will be playing a very important character in this  movie. He will be playing Udhayanidhi's father. Unlike 'Theri' his character in this movie will be a soft spoken, very kind hearted man. Director Mahendran who gave a stellar of performance in 'Theri' is expected to give altogether a new experience to the audience with a contrasing character to his previous outing. This untitled movie has Parvathy Nair and Namitha Pramod casted opposite Udaayanidhi. Darbuka Siva will be composing music for this film and Ekambaram is handling the cinematography of the film. Actor samuthirakani not only plays an important character in the film but also has donned the hat of the gv dialogue Writer of this movie. The shooting of the movie is going on in full steam in and around Kuttralam.

பிரபல இயக்குனர் பிரியதர்ஷன்  இயக்கத்தில் உதயநிதி கதாநாயகனாக நடித்து வரும் பெயரிடபடாத படத்தின் படப்பிடிப்பு துரித வேகத்தில் தென் காசி அருகே நடந்து வருகிறது.. மலையாளத்தில் பிரபலமான நமிதா பிரமோத், மற்றும் பார்வதி நாயர் கதாநாயகிகளாக நடித்து உள்ளனர்.தர்பூகா சிவா இசை அமைக்க, ஏகாம்பரம் ஒளிப்பதிவில் மூன்லைட்  என்டெர்டைன்மெண்ட் என்கிற புதிய நிறுவனத்தின் சார்பில்  சந்தோஷ் டி குருவில்லா தயாரிக்கிறார்.

தயாரிக்கும் இந்த படத்தில் சமுத்திரகனி ஒரு முக்கிய வேடத்தில் நடிக்கிறார் என்பது ஏற்கனவே அறிந்ததே.  அத்துடன் இந்தப் படத்துக்கு அவரே வசனம் இயற்றுகிறார் என்பது அறிந்ததே. இப்பொழுது இந்த  படத்துக்கு மேலும் பலம் சேர்க்கும் விதத்தில் இயக்குனர்  மகேந்திரன் இந்தப் படத்தில் ஒரு முக்கிய வேடத்தில் நடிக்கிறார் என்பது படத்தின் மேல் உள்ள எதிர்பார்ப்பை கூட வைக்கிறது. "தெறி" படத்தில் வில்லனாக நடித்த மகேந்திரன் , அதற்கு பின்னர் வந்த பல்வேறு வாய்ப்புகளை தவிர்த்து வந்தாராம்.ஆனால் இயக்குனர் பிரியதர்ஷன்  வடிவமைத்த இந்த கதாப்பாத்திரம் மகேந்திரனை உடனடியாக  ok சொல்ல வைத்தது என்கிறார்கள் படப்பிடிப்பு குழிவினர்.
